(hehehe). Gw yg terbiasa (ceilee..) dengan backstreet boy (lahhh) dan hunting season merasa kinda plain but something grew inside my heart n my mind (dunno I just cannot let the other side left). Perasaan ini mungkin terasa berlebih jika dibandingkan yg sebelum2nya. Mungkin karena adanya faktor serendipity yg aneh dan juga sepertinya kami saling menemukan potongan puzzle yg tercecer entah dimana dalam ruang waktu yg extremely so relatives.

Dari buku 7 HoHEP, dapat dilihat 7 kemampuan manusia yang unik berdasarkan kebiasaannya. Kemampuan dasar manusia ( habit 1-2-3, yaitu pengetahuan diri & kesadaran diri, imajinasi & mampu untuk membedakan benar/salah, kekuatan kemauan/will power/ambisi) sedangkan kemampuan sekundernya dapat dicapai melalui pelatihan/pembiasaan atas habit 4-5-6 (mental yg luar biasa, keberanian & kewaspadaan/berpikir hati-hati/bijak, kreatifitas). Sementara kemampuan ke 7 adalah kemampuan diri untuk memperbaiki diri sendiri.
Habit 1: proaktif – suatu kemampuan untuk merespon suatu masalah/ bertanggungjawab. Dalam perkembangannya manusia tidak akan menjadi korban melainkan menjadi lebih mampu men-determinasi masalah dg kreatifitas yg dimiliki melalui kewaspadaan dalam merespon suatu kondisi.
Habit 2: Begin with the end in Mind, misalkan sebagai seorang programmer yg menulis suatu program, saat awal menuju proses akhir tentunya sudah harus merasakan tujuan2, rencana2, dan langkah2 perbaikan. Pada saat ini sifat bijak harus diandalkan, mengabaikan memori/sejarah, sebab jika hanya mengandalkan pada memori bisa saja penilaian menjadi tidak valid lagi, hal ini berdasarkan penelitian terhadap orang yg menderita neurotic & psikotik, tidak mengacu pada penelitian yg dilakukan pada orang yg sehat, kreatif dan efektif. Dalam hidup juga demikian, harus sering dipantau sampai sejauh mana progress dalam menuju tujuan hidup. Kemudian tinggal kemauan kita saja untuk tetap stuck dalam level yg itu-itu saja atau terus berkembang lebih dewasa. Hal-hal ini yg membedakan manusia dari hewan. Dengan melatih kemampuan primer manusia, maka akan mempermudah menggunakan kemampuan sekunder dengan lebih efektif.
Habit 4: Think Win-Win, menjadi focus pada hal yg prinsip/mendasar, yang menyukai dalam hal sharing recognition dan kekuasaan
Habit 5: Seek first to understand, then to be understood. masalah mendasar dalam komunikasi adalah orang tidak pernah mendengarkan dengan empati, melainkan dengan autobiografi. Jika menghadapi perbedaan, katakanlah “ ayo kita cari & mensinergikan pemecahan secara win-win. artinya mari saling mendengarkan. Jika masalah ini terjadi dalam suatu keluarga, pikirkan berapa dalam rasa sakit dan ketidakpuasan yg menyebar dalam anggota keluarga jika tidak mengindahkan prinsip dasar berikut: 1) Orang dan hubungan dalam keluarga lebih penting daripada apapun juga. (orang yg sekarat tidak akan bicara untuk menghabiskan waktunya lebih banyak di kantor, mereka akan bicara tentang hubungan) & 2) Saat mengalami kesulitan/perbedaan, datangi/hadapi langsung orang yg bersangkutan, bicarakan secara terbuka satu sama lain dan mencoba untuk menciptakan win-win solutions, tentu saja kita harus kreatif dalam menyampaikan dan menciptakan atmosfer komunikasi yg efektif.

Saat masuk dalam komunikasi yg sinergis, maka tidak akan ada lagi posisi tawar menawar dan hasil kompromi yg terbaik, yang ada adalah saling mengetahui dasar yg berlandaskan kebutuhan dan ketertarikan serta mencari solusi untuk saling memuaskan.

Maka bersama-sama dengan perancang game Warren Spector, peneliti Matteo Bittanti, dan jurnalis game Christopher Grant, ia menyusun daftar 10 game paling penting dalam sejarah.
Seperti dikutip detikINET dari Cnet News.com, Selasa (20/03/2007), sepuluh game itu telah diajukan untuk ditelaah agar bisa dimasukkan koleksi permainan U.S Library of Congress. Inilah sepuluh game itu dalam urutan waktu:
Spacewar (1962), merupakan game aksi kapal luar angkasa yang dikembangkan programer dari Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Game ini disebut-sebut sebagai game multiplayer pertama dan juga game aksi pertama.
Star Raiders (1979), terinspirasi dari film Star Trek, game ini menempatkan pemain dalam kokpit sebuah pesawat yang bergerak dalam lingkungan tiga-dimensi.

Dari artikel diatas, ternyata game yg dulu sempat gw mainkan & sempat "addicted" banget adalah Tetris, SimCity , Warcraft dan tentu saja Super Mario Bross dari jaman Nintendo dulu.. (tapi klo yg terakhir ini lebih sering jadi penonton, abis lucu aja sih -lebih seru daripada nonton sinetron tangisan bombay berseri pada masa itu- ). Nah, yg paling gw tau sempat saat kuliah dulu gue sempat ga tidur 2 hari (rekor banget mengingat gw doyan tidur!!) hanya untuk main Warcraft… wuedann!. Biasanya sih klo tugas desain gw malah ga’ seheboh itu, klo ngantuk ya tidur aja, drpd gambarnya ancur sampe’ sobek-sobek (baca ala tukul) kertasnya gara-gara bolak-balik ngapus atau malah kena iler… hiii jorokk.. Hehehe.. klo simcity sih baru sukanya yg seri terakhir ini SimCity4 dan Rush Hour. Selain itu ya tentunya serial Sim yang laen seperti The Sims dan Sim 2 serta add on gamenya. Sayang yah.. GTA(GrandTheftAuto) kok ga’ masuk, padahal tuh game edan banget loh.. sadis tapi kreatif abis, mo’ ga’ ngikutin alur game yg susah dan sadis pol jg nda’ papa, misal jd sopir taxi, polisi, sopir ambulance, de el el suka-suka kita. Selain itu jg Need For Speed, klo yg ini gw jg lebih suka nonton daripada mainin, karena asyik aja serasa nonton balapan liar. Klo yg gw suka di PS tuh apa ya lupa judulnya soalnya PS gw dah dibawa ma ade’ gw, klo ga’ salah sih burn out.. hehehe..

1. The Holiday (Kate Winslet, Cameron Diaz, Jude Law & Jack Black), oleh Nancy Meyers. Ceritanya menjelang natal, di Daily Telegraph Inggris, ada seorang gadis,Iris/Kate W, yg pengen ksh hadiah ke cowok yg ditaksirnya (rupanya cwo’ ini cm manfaatin kepintarannya aja). Sedihnya pas udah ksh kado, selang beberapa menit kemudian kepala bagiannya mengumumkan pertunangan cwo’ itu dg cwe lain yg masih sekantor. Wah.. sedih bgt deh. Lalu dia nangis n desperate banget bwt pergi jauh2 dr Inggris. Sementara itu, di benua lain, Amerika, Amanda/Cameron Diaz jg lagi bermasalah dengan cwo’nya yg dimainkan oleh Edward Burns
hmm… suaranya tuh bo’../so sexy/… dia kesel tau klo cwonya da gejala selingkuh ma resepsionis. Si A disini jd cwe kaya yg punya perusahaan sendiri di bidang iklan film/ bikin trailer film. Kemudian dia iseng google cari home vacation atau apalah itu yg intinya tukeran rumah buat melewatkan liburan. Kemudian, jadilah mereka tukeran rumah. Iris seneng banget liat rumah yg sangat modern, full remote yg bener2 beda ma rumahnya. Sementara Amanda yg ingin suasana baru pun mayan ‘tercengang’, mana perjalanan menuju rumah itu pk jalan kaki dulu melewati hamparan salju yg tebal (tapi di beberapa adegan berikut, mobil bisa lewat bahkan berhenti sampe’ depan rumah… aneh). Bla..bla..bla, akhirnya si Amanda bertemu dg Graham, saudara Iris yg ternyata punya anak bernama Sophie & Alison yg dikira cwe2nya Graham oleh Amanda, dari pertemuan pertama mereka ternyata ada chemistry, yg lucu bgt tuh saat main ke rumah Graham, maksudnya sih Amanda pengen ksh surprise malahan dia yg terkejut, anaknya ada yg bilang klo Amanda, “You look like my Barbie doll,”. Hahaha. ember,, jadi inget filmnya Diaz yg in her shoes duhhh… not guilty banget gitu deh gayanya. Kayanya sih ekspresinya tuh ga’ dapet banget ya gitu deh model Barbie Doll monoton bgt ekspresinya.Paling sebel ma kalimatnya, "I can’t cry". Hh… Jude Law manis banget, emang dia sih jadi pemanis aja di semua film2nya. Sementara di Amrik. Iris menjalin pertemanan dg penulis skenario peraih Oscar bernama Arthur serta Miles (produser music/music composer temennya ex-Amanda). Akhirnya sih happy ending, mereka merayakan tahun baru/ thanksgiving (ga’ ngertilah lupa..) di rumah Amanda/Graham. Sayang yah si Jack Black mainnya jg gitu2 mulu, iyalah dia kan pemusik.. bleh!
2. The Illusionist (Edward Norton, Jessica Biehl, Paul Giamatti) by Neil Burger
Nih film dark banget, endingnya keren, seakan adegan Romeo n Juliet yg sukses karena ga’ miscommunication… (bingung liat aja lagi film Romeo n Julietnya Leonardo d’Caprio). Mengambil setting di Vienna, ceritanya si Eisenheim (EN) tuh cuma anak tukang kayu, sementara Duchess Sophie von Teschen (JB) anak bangsawan, mereka berteman sejak kecil. Saat dewasa EN bertemu lagi dg JB yg telah bertunangan dg seorang Pangeran Mahkota Leopold. Untuk mendapatkan kembali JB, karena mereka saling mencintai, akhirnya si EN membuat skenario dg trik sulapnya, palagi saat tahu klo cwo’nya JB tuh mo’ mengkudeta ayahnya sendiri. Misi mereka berhasil, seolah-olah JB telah mati. padahal.. sih masih idup. Hehehe… keren dah.
3. The Prestige (Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, Scarlett Johansson, Michael Caine, David Bowie) by Christopher Nolan
Intrik persaingan/duel atau triel?.. emang ada istilah satu lawan dua (oh iya keroyokan). Antara Robert Angier dengan Alfred Borden yg ternyata kembar, perseteruan mereka dimulai saat istri Robert mati dalam kotak air, karena di Alfred bereksperimen dalam menalikan tangan. Sampe’ akhir tuh isinya "which knot do you had?"… Dendam banget si Robert palagi setelah mengetahui klo Alfred tuh punya keluarga, anak & istri. Demi membalas dendam, HJ menggunakan segala cara untuk mengalahkan trik sulap CB. Karena ambisi, dia bahkan mematikan perasaannya dan menyuruh SJ (yg mencintainya) untuk menjadi mata-mata. Ternyata si CB 1 jatuh cinta beneran sama SJ, sedangkan istrinya CB merasa aneh dg gelagat suaminya. Ya iyalah secara suaminya tuh kembaran CB1 yg kerjaannya jd engineer di balik layar sodaranya. Akhirnya karena stress dan merasa dikhianati suaminya dia bunuh diri. Setelah menghabiskan banyak uang, HJ dapat mesin ajaib dari Tesla, ternyata alat ini dapat mengkloning/duplikat benda apapun, karena itu di setiap atraksinya dia menggunakan orang buta sebagai penjaga kotak airnya untuk membunuh kembaran barunya di setiap atraksi ‘the transported man’. Si CB yg merasa penasaran, akhirnya lari ke balik panggung, dan menemukan terkuncinya HJ dalam boks air. Dia terkejut & divonis hukum mati. Dalam penjara, HJ yg menyaru menjadi count, mengambil anaknya dan minta buku hariannya untuk tukar trik sulap mereka. Ternyata di akhir film, HJ dibunuh oleh kembaran Alfred/ Fallon yg membuka identitas dirinya. Di sini Tesla dimainkan dg eksentrik oleh David Bowie, sementara aktor kawakan Michael Caine berperan sebagai Cutter, yg bilang bahwa dalam setiap trik ada 3 aksi yg harus didapat: the Pledge that draws you in, the Turn that moves you out of the ordinary and the prestige where you can’t believe your eyes, wikkss,, keren. Kalimat yg paling gue sebelin dari Alfred adalah akhirnya elo ga’ bisa lagi "let your hands off of dirt" karena Alfred terpaksa harus membunuh setiap kembarannya dalam atraksi the transported man. Semua itu karena prestige, gara-gara si Alfred juga sih yang bilang "apa artinya klo sebenarnya yg di atas panggung itu adalah duplikat/pemeran pengganti dari si pesulap". Padahal dia sendiri kerjasama dg kembarannya. Hh.. ambisi..

Mentally crash, capek mental kerja diantara wanita
Hehhhgghh… bagi anak magang seumuran brondong SMU yg baru belasan taon yg mo sweet seventeen-an, gw ‘mungkin’ masuk dalam mentor favo mereka, sebab gw jg childish (hahaha..). Selera gw jg selera belasan taun, makanya topik omongan obrolan gw suka ga’ nyambung, ya iyalah, secara mereka dah punya anak suami dan pembantu genit,,,, hehehe… Padahal klo ngobrol sama bapak-bapak temen kantor kok nyambung aja ya, meski mereka minta pendapat soal anak dan pernikahan, habis klo sm kaum pria kaya’nya masalah status n umur gw ga jadi masalah buat kasih inputan tentang persoalan mereka. Tentunya gw suka pake referensi seperti dari buku, koran, majalah or internet kemudian ya pake’ contoh pengalaman dari orang sekitar gw. Coba klo sama nyonya-nyonya, duhh… ga’ dianggep banget, malah dibalikin ‘elo kapan jeng?’ ih out of topic banget. Hahaha…, kemudian pernah nih gw lagi sibuk berat. Masih minggu-minggu ini. Saat bos ga’ ada otomatis kerjaan bos gw ya yg kebagian ngerjain tentunya ogut dah, eh, sore-sore ada yg nongol sambil nunggu fax dia ngegosip masalah she devil (dah lewat 40hr dia cabs dr kantor, tapi cerita ttgnya masih bersambung terus kalah dehh sinetron). Kesel deh gw, mana saat itu lg bikin analisa. Klo salah input angka gimandang?. Gw jawab ‘oh gitu ya, wah serem banget, masa’, terus-terus. . . bla-bla-bla, ‘ sok merhatiin padahal apa yg diomongin cuma lewat aja kuping kiri lanjut keluar ke kuping kanan, ndak ada yg nyangkut di kepala. Sorenya pas pulang dia nanya lagi masalah itu, mungkin nge-tes sampai berapa % gosipnya nyantol di pala gue, ternyata hanya 5% karena ada seseorang yg manas-manasin masalah itu di tangga turun (bapak-bapak yg clamitan). Penat deh palaku… kasian…. Klo ym gw aktif mereka jg sibuk nanya hal ga’ penting, jadinya sering invisible, ahhm. Tergoda jg ma gosip nyebelin itu hingga kubuka fs nya, tadinya pengen liat dia nulis apa di blog, tapi ndak bisa… empet dehh. Huhh, gue rindu suasana lama. The Volvo S80 has a woman’s safety in mind
The best automotive "peace of mind" innovation since the three point seat belt is the new Personal Car Communicator on the new Volvo S80. The PCC is like having a status window for what’s going on inside the car. The fob can exchange information up to 330 feet from the car, and doubles as an authentication key. With the PCC in a pocket the car doors will auto unlock upon approach, and the dash features a pushbutton ignition.
A quick glance at the PCC will show if the car doors are locked or not, but personal security is what the PCC is really all about. The PCC uses flashing lights to notify the driver that there’s someone hiding in the car. A heartbeat sensor can detect the biorhythms of a living body be it an infant, the family dog, or a murderous criminal hiding in the back seat.
Try leaving a baby in the back seat and the PCC will beep a safety reminder when the doors are locked. When approaching the S80 a tap on the status button will cause the PCC to beep and vibrate if a bad guy has broken into the car and is hiding in the back seat. The idea is to secretly alert the driver and to quietly slip away to summon help without alerting the trespassers. Good job, Volvo.

No-Contact defensive jacket
As a prototype, it was featured as one of the coolest gadgets of 2003 by Time. Now, the No-Contact Jacket is finally on its way to becoming available to customers. Designed for women to protect themselves against acts of violence, this jacket looks pretty normal on the surface. However, with the flick of a switch, the wearer of this jacket can activate the circuitry embedded just below the surface to generate 80,000 volts of electric pulses. That should be enough for any attacker in contact with the jacket to be painfully jolted away without causing any long term damage. During this time, the wearer can escape or take any other protective measure. The jacker is fully insulated from within and the wearer will not feel any effect of the current passing through externally. When not in use, the jacket in the shoulder region displays tiny electrical arcs that could also act as a potential deterrent.
I find it very difficult to imagine someone wearing this on a day-to-day basis. It does not comfort me to know that there exists a potential to accidentally deliver a shock to yourself or to someone close to you if you aren’t careful. Also, wearing something around your body capable of generating such a high degree of voltage is not exactly my cup of tea. Call me old-fashioned, but I would still like to stick to conventional and safer forms of protecting myself. Still, I can imagine it being used under special circumstances where the threat of violence is clearly high. Also, the company could do well to extend the target audience beyond women to also include people involved in dangerous occupations.

Anda bangga karena bisa begadang 3 hari 3 malam? Kurangi hobi buruk anda itu, atau bersiap-siaplah tidak punya sel baru untuk otak anda.
Tim peneliti asal Universitas Princeton baru-baru ini menemukan adanya kaitan antara kurang tidur dengan hippocampus, bagian dari otak yang tergabung dalam pembentukan ingatan, lewat bantuan tikus.
Riset di National Academy of Science menunjukkan efek berkurangnya produksi sel otak yang baru disebabkan oleh stress hormon.
Para periset membandingkan hewan yang kurang tidur selama 72 jam memiliki level hormon stress, corticosterone, yang lebih tinggi. Mereka yang kurang tidur, ternyata mengalami penurunan produksi sel otak baru secara signifikan di bagian hippocampus.
Ketika tingkat corticosterone milik hewan ditahan di level yang tetap, pengurangan sel proliferation tidak terjadi.
Dari hasil ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa meningkatnya level hormon stress yang diakibatkan oleh kurang tidur dapat menjawab persoalan terjadinya pengurangan produksi sel pada orang dewasa.
Pola tidur dapat kembali normal dalam seminggu, namun level produksi sel syaraf (neurogenesis) tidak kembali dalam dua minggu.
Itulah sebabnya mereka yang kurang tidur dapat mengalami masalah dalam berkonsentrasi.
Manusia memang jarang sekali sampai tidak tidur selama 72 jam. Namun, kurang tidur sedikit saja dari yang anda butuhkan setiap malamnya, memiliki efek yang sama.

Dan Coudreaut, director of culinary innovation at McDonald’s, is groaning. He’s sitting in a large auditorium on the Culinary Institute of America’s (CIA) Greystone campus in Napa Valley, listening carefully as Dr. Walter Willett, chairman of the nutrition department at the Harvard School of Public Health, presents his recent findings. Willett has the lulling, comforting tone that scientists use when standing at a podium, confidently armed with PowerPoint slides and regression analyses. “The scientific community has no choice but to label trans fats ‘metabolic poisons,’ ” Willett is saying. (Metabolic poisons?, you can almost hear Coudreaut thinking.) Indeed: it’s strong language for the product formerly known as margarine. “We’ve concluded that there is absolutely no safe amount of trans fats in the human body,” Willett continues, almost apologetically. Coudreaut’s breathing is shallow. He’s the guy charged with ridding McDonald’s of trans fats, and developing a new recipe that doesn’t make the famous fries taste like cardboard. By many estimates, it’s an effort that has cost the company hundreds of millions of dollars in the past year. (In fact, it was at this meeting, the annual CIA–Harvard Medical School retreat for the corporate food world, that Willett first broke the definitive news about trans fats last year, starting a national cascade of alarm that no sane corporation could ignore.)
Coudreaut, his Golden Arches in danger of tarnishing, raises his hand. “I just gotta know: what’s the next ‘trans fats’? What’s coming at me next?” Willett smiles and waves his hands for a second or two, considering the impact his answer will have on the 300 chefs at the conference — corporate executive chefs from companies such as Red Lobster, Magic Kingdom, Hyatt, Starbucks, and Au Bon Pain, as well as the dining-services directors from Harvard, Stanford, UMass, and Boston College, among others, and representatives from major food distributors, grocery chains, and produce growers.
“Coke,” Willett says. “Sugared beverages are the number-one preventable cause of obesity among young adults. We don’t have to go to zero, but we have to go way down.” The corporate types in the auditorium take a moment to think about what their bottom lines would look like if the revenue from Coke and other sugared sodas suddenly disappeared.

London Nutritionist Yvonne Bishop Weston says "Coke can hinder your ability to absorb calcium, mess with your metabolic rate, help increase risk of diabetes, provide you with unnecessary calories increasing the risk of obesity. The sugar free versions are little better as artificial sweeteners have a mounting amount of evidence reporting on their detrimental effects. I suspect the best thing to do with coke is use it for cleaning metal but it’s probably best to rinse it off afterwards!"

Ringkasan cerita yg agak kelewatan … hehehe… ampir seminggu setelah nonton, review liputannya yah baru sempat sekarang ini, karena minggu ini MY Hectic weekend I ever HAD!!. Gilingan dech bos gw dah seminggu lebih ga’ masuk, untung aja order ga’ tinggi banget trus recovery banjir kemarin masih agak lambretta di beberapa vendor, jadi aman-aman sajalah.
Hm.. kronologis ceritanya (sejak hari Senin) –history Muse wannabe—
Senin: ke Plaza Semanggi, mo ambil tiket, ternyata temen gw ga bisa ketemuan hari itu (mendadak banget dah). Ya udah, gue mau balik pulang upss.. da anak magang (ex magang) yg liat n manggil gue n ngajakin nonton promo album Kerispatih ma i-Radio, sebenernya gw ga’ gitu apal ma lagu mereka, tapi karena pengen aja nge-gosip apa gitu, ya udahlah skalian pengen tau live shownya bagus ga’ hmm… kemudian jam 8 lewat muncullah mereka dari balik panggung, ternyata drummernya so kawaii.. hehehe,,, ga rugi deh. Lagunya mayanlah me-mellow-kan suasana hati hiks.. “khianati.. teganya kau mengkhianati..” yah jadi terkenang ma she devil. Pastinya lagu yg gw tunggu-tunggu Mengenangmu dimainkan juga, so abis lagu itu gw cabut meski masih jam 9 kurang 15 menit. Bete bo’ berdiri terus. Langsung dapet bis turun di jalan pintas kemudian mampir dulu beli roti gambang buat budhe (hehehe… ponakan yg baik). Nyampe’ rumah makan dulu trus mandi lalu tewas grokkkk….grokk… zzzzz…
Jadi… ketemuan lagi hari kamis, buat ambil tiket. Setelah makan nasi goreng di SR, ternyata porsinya gedhe bo’, menerima tiket lalu liat-liat CD baru dan membeli CD bonus DVD The Best of D’Sound Smoother Escape (hehehhee). Pulang dengan perut kenyang, akibat kurang makan sehari sebelumnya. Eh lupa, hari itu gw puasa, pantesan ga’ selera makan! Gw minum hot tea yg ternyata plain! I hate that, plus blackcurrant juice.. hehe bisa dodol nih usus. Kemudian tadda… pada hari H itu, 23 Feb. 2007. Gw sekali lagi jadi korban, kudu ngegantiin bos gw meeting di klien. Hiks. Mana dari pengalaman gw selama ini klo kesana tuh macetnya ga’ ketulungan. Hiks. TUH khan, meeting baru kelar jam5.30. Wah heboh deh gw, ga’ konsen ma meeting, bolak-balik check jam di hp. Abis klo liat jam tangan kan ketauan. Gw mayan aman krn naik motor brg ma temen kantor gw, kasihan jg tuh ma salah satu klien yg balik pk mobil (katanya sih macet parah sampe’ 3jam!). ah.. lega. Meski terjebak hujan di sekitar Balai Sudirman, hehhghh.. akhirnya gw naik taksi sampe’ Istora (perjuangan benerr). Setibanya disana jg masih rintik-rintik tapi cuman gerimis aja. Aman blehh. Ternyata gatenya di belakang dari arah kedatangan gw, ehh,, kayanya tadi liat artis ga jelas.. (iya lah gelap bo’). Pas di entrance depan sempat liat Mulan Ratu, extravaganza groupie (kec. Tk ma Doni) … Donna n suami Darius, Luna, trus ga’ tau deh dah lupa lagian gw pengen dapet n cari posisi pualing wuenakk.
Hmm… jam 8 masih belom ada tanda-tanda, di festival masih sepi 50% lah, tribun juga belum 100% fully loaded. Peralatan band jg masih ditutup kain semua. Beberapa menit kemudian perangkat drum transparan flat punya Dom. Howard mulai disingkap. Wah.. dah mo mulai nihh.. Ternyata baru sekitar jam 8.30 lampu mati! MULAI juga akhirnya. Muncullah Matt Bellamy, Chris Wolstenhome, dan Dominic Howard yang berpakaian hitam-hitam perciss kaya di poster konser mereka. Penonton mulai ramai, histeris sambutan massa.
Gila!! Jreng..jreng…jreng… sambutan pertama dari ‘Knights Of Cydonia’ pas banget ma liriknya ‘Come ride with me Through the veins of history’… buat dijadikan lagu pembuka.

Matt Bellamy tampil dengan gitar Hugh Manson custom-nya, Chris dengan bas Rickenbacker dan Dom tampil bertenaga di belakang drumset transparannya. Selesai ‘Knights..’ Chris yang telah mengganti bas mengeluarkan dentuman terdistorsi dari Fender Jazz Bass merah-hitamnya, wah tanda-tanda ‘Hysteria’ pas sekali dengan suasana histeris dikerumunan depan penonton. Terdengar suara kompak meneriakkan reffrain (eh dari komat-kamit aja sehh, abis soundnya kenceng bgt sampe’ gw ga’ bisa denger kata2 gw ndiri) ‘Cause I want it now, I want it now/ Give me your heart and your soul/And I’m not breaking out, I am breaking down/Last chance to lose control’ … langsung disambung untuk menggebrak suasana dengan single ‘Supermassive Black Hole’. Oopss… Its so COOL, keren abiss dah, ga’ rugi gw. Gini nih yg harus dicontoh performa tampilan live music mereka. Kinda perfect one compared to that Hoobastank which previously perform in this stage a month ago.
Performa permainan solo gitar dan improve dari Matt sangat terkontrol. Vokalnya sangat prima, hampir tidak ada off-pitch. Mungkin ada backing track. Buat ngejaga performa mereka. Yg penting seppdahh… Tampilan panggung mereka cukup atraktif meski pada awalnya biasa-biasa aja, ternyata permainan cahaya dan tata lampu yg maksimal menjadikannya Wuihhh… keren abiss kaya lagi di disko jeb-ajebb-ajebb.. Pemainnya terutama Matt bener-bener gila! Nyiksa banget deh megang gitar-gitarnya.
Abis lagu itu akhirnya tiba juga giliran ‘Butterflies And Hurricanes’ dari album Absolution. Ketika intro lagu ini terdengar, hiks… favorit gue apalagi saat Matt main piano. Bersama beberapa orang disekitar gw sambil loncat-loncat menggila nyanyi reff. ‘best/ you’ve got to be the best / you’ve got to change the world/ and you use this chance to be heard / your time is now / change / everything you are / and everything you were / your number has been called / fights and battles have begun / revenge will surely come / your hard times are ahead
Sedikit berharap lagu Unintended ma Invincible bakal digelar … (ternyata sampe’ akhir enggak tuh. Gapapa lah favorit gw yg lain seperti Stockholm Syndrome ma Plug in Baby ada sihh). Pas lagu itu gw kirim sms n sharing 1 menitan telpon ke temen gw. Nih baru mulai seru!. Harusnya gw share aja ya full 2 jam klo hp gw ga’ lowbatt. Hmm… hopeless.. yah
Kemudian lanjut ke ‘Assassin’ (hore!!!) nih lagu emang nggertak banget, sampe’ gw ikut jingkrak-jingkrak terbawa ma atmosfer malam itu, klo udah cape’ palingan cuman angguk-angguk geleng-geleng haha.. najong… cukuplah ikut ber’head bobbing’. Disambung ke Citizen erased & Hoodoo, ketika Matt, Chris, dan Dom berjam a la Sabbath. Abis itu menggila lagi saat ‘Apocalypse Please’ dilantunkan . Lalu untuk mendinginkan suasana Matt dengan kalemnya membawakan lagu’ Feeling Good’ dari Origin of Symmetry sama persis kaya di mp3 gw pas ditengah lagu, Matt nyanyi pake megafon lalu diakhiri dengan melempar confetti ke udara. Setelah ‘Feeling Good’ selesai dibawakan Matt berujar ke arah penonton ‘ This is the first song from our first album for anyone who remembered us back then’ disambung dengan riff piano yang sangat khas dari’Sunburn’ Come waste your millions here/Secretly she sneers/Another corporate show/A guilty conscience grows. .. Duerrr!!! Keren khan. keren bener yahh mana si matt iseng banget mantulin lampu sorot pake gitarnya… pertama gw ga’ ngeh ngapain tuh orang nungging ga’ jelas.. tapi beberapa org kok kaya histeris, tenyata trik panggung dia ya… Tsahhh… anjasss… edan banget dahh.
Kemudian suasana memanas karena lagu yang menarik perasaan gw ditampilkan dengan indahnya, sampe’ terkenang deh ‘This is a song called Starlight’ Woww! Seketika itu seakan Istora meledak. Tepuk tangan membahana seiring ma beat drum mereka… Far away… Starlight/I will be chasing starlight/Until the end of my life/I don’t know if it’s worth it anymore….
Nyambung ke ‘Starlight’, ‘Plug In Baby’ dan ‘Time Is Running Out’ (pengen nangis darah dehh… hihii…abis deh suara gw ntar). Orang-orang terlihat berloncatan bagai kesetanan disana-sini, ada pula yang ngangguk-angguk kaya orang ngantuk termasuk gue. Yang paling aneh yaitu pas ada bule (dah tua kali 40th-an) joget ga’ jelas trus nyium-nyium pacarnya, Halahh..!.Untungnya mereka lalu pindah tempat habis kesenggol orang-orang yg jejingkrakan kesetanan. Setelah ‘Newborn’ selesai dilantunkan, merekapun menghilang kebalik panggung. Trik lama. Penontonpun berteriak ‘we want more, we want more, we want more..’
Sepertinya emang itu dah klimaksnya kemudian sebagai rangkaian penutup mereka balik lagi dan langsung meluncurkan ‘Map Of The Problematique’, disambung dengan thrashy riff dari ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ (yippiii..) ngebuat gue jejingkrakan edan plus loncatan liar bersama seluruh isi Istora. Penutup yang indah (sayang kok lagunya take a bow??), beberapa balon raksasa turun dari atas Istora. Awesome. Ketika ‘Take A Bow’ dilantunkan, dengan terpaksa deh pulang (emang mo balik jam berapa lagiii??). hehehe… Love you guys!. You’re really rock!
