- My Fair Lady
- City Hall
- Boys over Flower
Film akhir pekan
Nonton apa aja ya kemarin:
- Rachel Getting Married.
- Ghost of Girlfriends, mmm… nggak bagus, too shallow!!
- Drama Korea, The Man Who Can’t Married. Lucu abis palagi pemainnya enak diliat, klo menurut review-ers yang lain masih bagus versi Jepangnya. Klo aku sih blom tau, tapi yang pasti aku suka Jii Jin Hee… nyam nyammmm..
Nodame Cantabile
Serial TV barat
Aku suka liat serial tv ini:
1. Grey’s Anatomy
2. Gilmore Girls
3. Alias
4. Gossip Girl (ehm.. fashionnya ok, ceritanya agak kurang, abis rada sinetron bgt sich)
5. Chuck
6. Project Runway
7. Dirty sexy money (mmm… milionare life, edannn!!)
8. Heroes (kadang2 aja, karena aku cm suka Milo Ventimiglia aja)
9. the office (klo lg pengen mengingat kedodolan dan kebodohan di kantor, serta pgn nyuri taktik licik buat survive di kantor langsung deh nonton, dijamin tambah eneg!!hehehe)
10. serial komik Tintin yummmmyyy snowy
Bolt, Madagascar 2, Wall-E
Aku urutkan menurut segi kelucuan, cerita, pesan moral & animasi
1. Wall-E
tren masa depan, dunia manusia dimanjakan robotik, sampah elektronik aluminium dimana-mana. Manusia tidak lagi berkomunikasi langsung, hanya mengandalkan visual reality, robotnya dan kemudahan elektronis. cuma, sumber energi pesawat dan supply makanannya serta air bersih tuh darimana ya sampe bisa bertahan 700 tahun (hehehe.. ga usah dipikir). Persahabatan antara sesama robot & komunikasi nyata antar manusia. Hmm ceritanya menarik.
2. Bolt
3. Madagascar 2

Ewwhhh…!! Gemes.
Good soundtrack inside the movie

Coba aja nonton ‘21′ dan Sex and the city movie. Well, keren dech soundtracknya.
Wajar aja .. seperti soundtracknya u can’t always get what u want!
Pastinya teman2nya kaget semua. Tapi, memang bener kok klo mau nikah pasti godaannya banyak. So, liat dan buktikan sendiri.
Grey’s Anatomy season 1 - season 4 ep.15
1-2. Is That a ‘P’ in Your Cooler, or Are You Just Happy To See Me? - The First Cut Is the Deepest - A patient is brought to Seattle Grace having been attacked, followed later by the rapist whose p she bit off while defending herself. Her having no family to see her through teaches Meredith that having co-workers as roommates might not be so bad after all.
1-3. Inappropriate - Winning A Battle, Losing The War - Izzie develops unseemly emotions for a patient. George is on the receiving end of a pass from a man well over twice his age. Meredith is molested by a hot bike messenger. Just a normal day at the hospital.
1-4. In The Immortal Words Of Neely O’Hara… - No Man’s Land - "Boobies, boobies, boobies. Nothing but boobies! Who needs ‘em? I did great without ‘em!" In non-Izzie storylines, George feels emasculated, Meredith finally tells someone about her mother’s condition, and Cristina finds herself caring for a former scrub nurse who has come to the hospital to die. Plus, a head full of nails!
1-5. Adulthood Has Its Perks - Shake Your Groove Thing - Everyone learns something different this week about adulthood and responsibility. But clearly the most resounding lesson that Meredith and Cristina learn is that you can have really, really hot sex with your boss.
1-6. There’s no such thing as a "little" tumor - If Tomorrow Never Comes - Especially if by "little" you mean, "bigger than South Dakota." A poor woman with a tumor gets admitted to the hospital and teaches Alex a lesson in microphones. George pretends he doesn’t have a thing for Meredith and then pretends not to ask her out. He is unsuccessful in both attempts. Izzie’s running ragged, Burke wants to define his relationship with Cristina, and Bailey hates everyone. I think that pretty much sums it up.
1-7. Life is hard. Let’s go get a slushie. - The Self Destruct Button - This episode seems to be all about how, if life is so hard, why do we make it harder on ourselves? This is illustrated by how Meredith keeps sleeping with Derek, even though it turns some of her Medicine Crazy mates against her, and how an already thin girl has illegal Mexican gastric bypass surgery just to please her mother. I know. Illuminating, right?
1-8. Welcome to Tonight’s Question and Non-Answer Session - Save Me - Meredith has lots of questions for Derek. Unfortunately, Derek’s not really into that whole "answering" thing. George finally gets up the nerve to intubate a patient AND ask out the hot nurse with the dirty little secret we don’t know about yet. Izzie treats a patient who claims to be a psychic, and Izzie hates psychics because they remind her of trailer parks. Cristina schedules a termination and has to spend the entire episode dealing with a pregnant cancer patient who has to choose whether or not to terminate her own pregnancy.
1-9. Hidin’ and Seekin’ - Who’s Zoomin’ Who? - Everyone at Seattle Grace seems to be in possession of quite a few dirty little secrets. The Chief has an eyeball tumor that could blind him; Burke’s frat brother has an ovary and his wife’s a cheating whore; Meredith’s mother is in a home; George has the syph and Alex is the one who gave it to him; and Derek has a little thing known as an EX-WIFE. Hi, Addison. We’ve been waiting for you’re?
2-1. Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head - Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head - McDreamy’s wife Addison shows up at the hospital. Cristina is pregnant and doesn’t know what to do. Joe the Bartender collapses with an aneurysm. George spies on everyone for Webber. A patient is real mean to Meredith.
2-2. Patient-centric - Enough Is Enough (No More Tears) - This hour focuses more on the patients than the resident doctors and interns, though there’s a bit of insight into Alex’s past when he relates to a young car-crash victim.
2-3. Make Me Lose Control - Make Me Lose Control - I don’t know if you’ve heard, but surgeons aren’t very good at giving up control. They’ll have to, though, as Meredith is faced with her mother as a horrific patient, and Cristina is faced with the loss of her pregnancy and a fallopian tube. And Derek has never had any control to lose, proving it by kissing both Meredith and Addison
2-4. It’s Not Just A River In Egypt - Deny, Deny, Deny - Everyone is in denial this week, whether it’s about their love lives, or…oh, who am I kidding, only Bailey’s denial isn’t somehow connected to a dysfunctional romantic relationship (or poor excuse for one).
2-5. George Is The Man - Bring The Pain - Meredith begs, Alex chokes, Cristina finds her inner naughty nurse, and George finally finds the confidence he’d misplaced on his way to Seattle Grace and performs heart surgery in the elevator during a blackout.
2-6. Into You Like A Train - Into You Like A Train - There’s a train wreck. Meredith gets drunk. McDreamy chooses Addison. Alex gets back to his jackassy ways. Cristina loses a leg (not really!). Two people are impaled by a pole, and it is very sad.
2-7. Something To Talk About - Something To Talk About - A man has a hysterical pregnancy tumor thing. McDreamy and Addison go to marriage counseling. Meredith is very sad. Cristina and Burke argue. Alex kisses Izzie!
2-8. Let It Be - Let It Be - George seizes the day. Burke and Cristina go on a date. Addison and McDreamy deal with themselves, their friends, and cancer gene mutations. Bailey’s pregnant. Meredith wears a Hello Kitty band-aid and rides in an elevator.
2-9. Thanks For The Memories - Thanks For The Memories - Burke helps Izzie with Thanksgiving dinner. Mere volunteers to work. George has to touch his father’s behind. Bailey takes down an arrogant surgeon. McDreamy does it with Addison. And Cristina just wants a drink.
2-10. Much Too Much - Much Too Much - Mere’s one-night stand comes in with priapism. Burke gives Cristina a key. Izzie assists on a quintuplets case. Alex sleeps with Nurse Olivia.
2-11. Owner Of A Lonely Heart - Owner Of A Lonely Heart - The interns try to keep the quints alive. Addison teaches Izzie a hard lesson. Cristina is nice to Rosanna Arquette. George plays with leeches. Mere gets a dog!
2-12. Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer - Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer - Izzie goes crazy for Christmas. Mere and the rest of the Gang help Alex study. Bailey juggles surgery and pregnancy. Cristina grows a heart. McDreamy tells Addison he’s still in love with Meredith.
2-13. Begin The Begin - Begin The Begin - George has an intersex patient. Izzie has a cutie-pie heart transplant patient. Meredith gets some time off. Addison still hates the trailer. Cristina frets about her lost pregnancy. Alex shows off his mad doctor skills.
2-14. Tell Me Sweet Little Lies - Tell Me Sweet Little Lies - Mere and Cristina lie a lot to each other. George crushes on a sweet old lady. Bailey goes into pre-term labor. Alex passes his boards. The Gang give their dog to McDreamy and Addison.
2-15. Break On Through - Break On Through - The nurses strike, and so does George. Mere accidentally revives a DNR patient. Cristina gets in trouble with Bailey’s replacement. Izzie reveals her teen pregnancy story.
2-16. It’s The End Of The World (1) - It’s The End Of The World (1) - A man shoots a bazooka into his own chest, and could detonate at any moment. Bailey goes into labor, and her husband gets into an accident on his way to the hospital. Christina Ricci guest stars, and is awesome.
2-17. As We Know It (2) - As We Know It (2) - Mere successfully removes the bomb from Stupid Von Bombgut’s chest, Bailey finally pushes her bambino out, Tucker survives his brain surgery, and McDreamy tells Mere he’s glad she didn’t die. Yes. It’s about that romantic.
2-18. Yesterday - Yesterday - Addison’s dreams of saving her troubled marriage to Derek go right down the toilet when her hot ex-lover Mark shows up to declare his love for her. Burke finds out about Cristina keeping her apartment and he’s not pleased about it. In other news, George tells Mere he will always love her, and she promptly removes his shirt and beds him because that’s the smart thing to do, no?
2-19. What Have I Done To Deserve This? - What Have I Done To Deserve This? - It’s the day after Horrible Sobbing Sex Night and George is moping, Mere is self-flagellating, and Izzie is picking a side, even though no one asked her to. Izzie’s flirts with Denny the Magical Heart Patient, eliciting some jealous stares from Alex, and Addison gets a dose of poison oak on her punanny, eliciting some horrified looks from Bailey.
2-20. Band Aid Covers The Bullet Hole - Band Aid Covers The Bullet Hole - Burke and George become best friends. Meredith and McDreamy become best friends. Natalie Cole has an aneurysm. Duncan Kane cuts off his own finger. Denny battles it out with Alex for Izzie’s affections. Cristina babysits Bailey’s baby.
2-21. Superstition - Superstition - Three patients die, and four are rumored to follow. Izzie dumps Alex for Denny. George is annoying, and then redeems himself by asking Callie out. Webber attends a hospital-room AA meeting. Addison hands out juju to all.
2-22. The Name Of The Game - The Name Of The Game - Mere meets her long-lost sister. Bailey has a hormonal freak-out. Alex abandons his bedside manner. Izzie knits really fast. Cristina gets schooled by the Chief. George kisses Callie. Hot vet!
2-23. Blues For Sister Someone - Blues For Sister Someone - Addie and McDreamy have bad sex. Izzie and George try to give a patient a seizure. Burke operates on a famous violinist. Alex gets Addison in trouble over a patient. Bailey accuses Webber of mommy-tracking her.
2-24. A Day of Damage on Walton’s Mountain - Damage Case - In the middle of a tragic car crash, Meredith and McDreamy fight and decide they are SO over. Callie likes to pee in front an audience and not wash her hands. Izzie tries to force Denny to love life again. George finally says more than two words to Meredith. Alex delivers a baby from a dying mother.
2-25. 17 Seconds (2) - 17 Seconds (2) - Izzie breaks the law so Denny can get a heart. Multiple gunshot wounds wind up at Seattle Grace, bringing lots of drama with them. Addison and McDreamy have it out. Burke gets shot and falls down.
2-26. Izzie, Willie-Nillie - Deterioration Of The Fight Or Flight Response (2) - Izzie pulls all sorts of scary shit to make sure Magical Heart Patient Denny gets the heart that is so not rightfully his. After being shot, Burke faces potential paralysis in one of his hands unless McWeenie can successfully remove an aneurysm. Bailey freaks on the interns for their Denny involvement, and Adele freaks on Webber for a whole marriage of issues.
2-27. Losing My Religion (3) - Losing My Religion (3) - Webber tries to get the interns to confess. They throw a prom instead. Mere and McDreamy have sex. Denny dies. Alex saves the day. There’s a boring cliffhanger.
3-1. Time Has Come Today - Time Has Come Today - Izzie won’t get up off the floor. McDreamy and George are quarantined because of the plague. Bailey feels extreme guilt. Addison finds the panties! Meredith finds out she has to choose between McVet and McDreamy.
3-2. I Am A Tree - I Am A Tree - Meredith decides to date. Addison gets really drunk. Izzie bakes muffins. Bailey feels guilty. Callie dances in her panties. Burke’s Mama visits!
3-3. Sometimes A Fantasy - Sometimes A Fantasy - A thumbnail sketch of the episode to hold you until the recap goes live.
3-3. Yatta! Hello, Seattle! - Sometimes A Fantasy - Super powers, super dating, and super stupidity all combine to remind us that if it hurts, we shouldn’t pick at it.
3-4. Fun With Morphine - What I Am - What’s your drug of choice? Mine’s Demerol, but Meredith goes for morphine when she comes down with appendicitis, and hilarity ensues. She also finally gets enough clarity to make a choice, but that’s actually made when she’s sober. Our little baby’s all growns up!
3-5. Oy, Gevalt - Oh, The Guilt - Everybody feels guilt, because they’ve done things like killing a patient, lying to their partner, being angry with their baby, and sleeping with the wrong person (that one applies to several different characters). But nobody feels gilt, because nobody is covered in a layer of thin gold foil.
3-6. Uterus? No, Uteryou! - Let The Angels Commit - Izzie is committed to her medical career. Cristina is committed to a suicide pact with Burke. George is committed to being a pig. Mark is committed to being an ass. And Derek is committed to himself, at least for a while.
3-7. All Boy Revue - Where The Boys Are - It’s a sausagefest in the woods as all of the male cast members except for McSteamy head out for a camping trip in the woods. Back at Seattle Grace, things are generally sad, as Bailey busts Cristina for her duplicity with regard to the O.R. board, Izzie is forced to talk about her feelings, and Addison and Callie treat a woman whose baby died in utero. And in the end, Meredith and McDreamy decide to make a fresh start of it.
3-8. Everything’s going to be fine. Seriously. - Staring At The Sun - George’s dad will be fine, right? Because Burke is fine, and Meredith and Derek are shiny and happy, and Bailey is confident as a mother and surgeon, and Cristina hasn’t turned unusually modest. Except for none of that being true, everything is totally going to be fine. Seriously fine.
3-9. The Shit Hits the Fan - From A Whisper To A Scream - In the wake of a car accident, just about every secret in the hospital comes out at once, but the one with the most repercussions has got to be Burke’s pesky tremor.
3-10. Get Away From Me! - Don’t Stand So Close To Me - Pretty much everybody spends the entire episode pushing everyone away from them. Burke pushes Cristina and Derek away. Cristina pushes Meredith away. Meredith pushes her step-mother away. George, Izzie and Alex all push Cristina away. Mark pushes Izzie away, but I think that’s just so he can get a nice look as she walks away.
3-11. The Big Set-Up - Six Days, Part I - Alex realizes that he really belongs with Addison instead of Mark, and that might mean more than just operating on babies; George’s dad goes into really big and scary surgery; Izzie deposits The Check; and Meredith snores. We’re basically just laying the groundwork for anything that might happen in Part II.
3-12. The Big Finish - Six Days: Part 2 - Everything set up last week is resolved, but not all in a good way. On the good side, Derek and Meredith make peace over her snoring, and Meredith chats with her father. Also, Izzie’s patient is able to walk upright, and Burke and Cristina finally speak. On the bad side, George’s father dies. And on the really unfortunate side, Addison and Alex suck face.
3-13. Amish Country - Great Expectations - Can we all give up our technology and live on a farm and drive a horse and buggy? After seeing this episode, you may just want to.
3-14. Mommie Dearest - Wishin’ And Hopin’ - If you ever wondered about the genesis of Meredith’s drinking, one-night-standing, and other assorted emotional issues, they’re all explained in one heartbreaking conversation with her momentarily lucid mother.
3-15. Disappearing Act - Walk On Water - In the first of a three-part Very Special Episode, a ferry accident brings in tons of victims, but each intern ends up with one in particular that puts them to the test. Oh, and Meredith may or may not end up dead after being pushed into the Sound.
3-16. Splish Splash - Drowning On Dry Land - Meredith’s taking a bath. Or bobbing about in Puget Sound. Until Mini-Meredith points Derek in the direction of the floating corpse. Or potential corpse. Everything else that started last week just kind of progresses, but it’s all really filler until we find out what happened to Meredith.
3-17. Into The Light - Some Kind Of Miracle - Meredith contemplates death and decides it’s not for her, though unfortunately it is for her mom. It’s a shame her mom doesn’t have a best friend like Cristina to pull her back from the brink single-handedly. Get your hankies ready, they’re going to make you cry.
3-18. Really? Them? - Scars And Souvenirs - We find out that Cristina has a thing for very old men as her med school lover shows up as a candidate for Chief of Surgery. And Meredith starts the process of reconciling with her father. But despite anything interesting happening, the show is ruined as George and Izzie end up in bed together.
3-19. My Favorite Mistake - My Favorite Mistake - Do you think Shonda was meta enough to name this episode based on the fact that trying to make us believe Izzie and George are meant for each other seems like a huge mistake? I’m not sure, either. It might be a fancy coincidence, but either way, it’s a mistake of a storyline.
3-20. What? No Cyndi? - Time After Time - If there’s ever an episode whose title should have telegraphed a soundtrack choice, this was the one. And they totally let us down.
3-21. Kids, Don’t Pee In The Amazon - Desire - No, seriously. The fish they pull out of the nether regions of the chairman of the hospital board will be enough to drive this lesson home. Unfortunately it doesnâ??t stop the execution of all of the other bad ideas the doctors have, like not communicating honestly, falling in love with the wrong person (barf), or the last two people who haven’t had sex with each other doing it in the on-call room.
3-22. L.A., L.A., A Hell Of A Town! - The Other Side Of This Life, Part I - The surf is up and Addison’s fertility’s down! And overpaid guest stars are scattered around! L.A., L.A.! It’s a hell of a toooooooown!!! (For a spin-off. And some other stuff happens in Seattle.)
3-23. You Can’t Have Too Many Dead Moms - The Other Side Of This Life, Part II - At least that seems to be what the writers think, since Meredith loses her second mother this season, and appears to lose the father she just started to get back along with it. Hey, now that we know Addison can’t have kids, maybe she’ll adopt her!
3-24. 3-2-1 Contact - Testing 1-2-3 - Do you think we could get the Bloodhound Gang here? They could maybe use science to track down why this show got so bad. Or at least solve the mystery of why everything goes so wrong for Meredith. This week, her father blames her for Susan’s death and she nearly flunks her intern exam.
3-25. Breaking Up Is(n’t) Hard to Do - Didn’t We Almost Have It All? - Derek and Meredith might be breaking up. Burke leaves Cristina. Alex is messed up when it comes to women. Callie wants a baby with her husband who slept with his best friend. Welcome to an extended episode featuring the messed-up love lives of every single character on the show.
4-1. Doe, A Deer - A Change Is Gonna Come - Burke’s out! Lexie’s in! George has stayed at the hospital! Meredith and McDreamy call it quits! Izzie treats a deer! You might think I’m kidding about that last one, but you’d be wrong.
4-2. Don’t Do Drugs - Love/Addiction - Because if you do, your house will blow up! And you might hurt your innocent, older, Tony-winning neighbor! (Although if you did do drugs, you might be able to dull the pain of watching George and Izzie together.)
4-3. The One Where George Admits It - Let The Truth Sting - Meredith and Lexie begin to maybe sort of accept each other, Cristina acts sad to get surgeries, and Alex gets Edward Herrmann as an intern. But all of those will probably be overshadowed by the fact that George finally confesses to Callie about that whole Izzie slip-up.
4-4. Everyone Hates Izzie - The Heart Of The Matter - Well, Callie and Alex do, at least, when both of them find out about her doing the hanky-panky with George. Miraculously for Izzie, no one else seems to figure out what’s going on, but we can all still hope for more shunning in the future.
4-5. Ashes To Ashes - Haunt You Every Day - Meredith has finally figured out how to put her mother to rest somewhere that she loved, and she and Richard together…rinse her down the drain of the scrub room. It’s really much more touching than it sounds, I promise.
4-6. Bridezillas - Kung Fu Fighting - Two women clutching a wedding dress between them try to win a dream wedding, and the symbolism is crashing all around as Callie learns to just let go, so that she doesn’t turn nasty and bitter and scalp someone.
4-7. Dinner And A Movie - Physical Attraction…Chemical Reaction - The Chief and Derek are doing it. Izzie and George would probably rather be doing it than Doing It. And Mark wants to be doing it with Hahn, surely followed by Doing It.
4-8. Back To School - Forever Young - When loads of high school students are admitted to the ER after a horrible bus crash, each of the docs is taken back to his or her own high school experience, complete with cliques and stereotypes.
4-9. I Probably Would Have "Forgotten" To Give Him the Right Pain Meds, Myself - Crash Into Me, Part I - Bailey is put to the test, but her awesomeness shines even brighter when she has to treat a white supremacist whose idea of body art is to tattoo one of the most offensive symbols in world history across his abdomen.
4-10. Dance The Night Away - Crash Into Me, Part II - What else can you do when your patient dies, or your maybe-boyfriend kisses another woman, or your husband ends your marriage through your intern? You’ve got to just dance it out.
4-11. Another One Bites The Dust - Lay Your Hands On Me - It was too much to ask that one person on the staff should have a happy life with a functional marriage. After an accident endangers the life of their baby, Bailey and Tucker are the latest marriage to fall apart.
4-12. Lions and Tigers and Bears, Oh My! - Where the Wild Things Are - There aren’t actually any tigers, but there are lions (the interns fighting to win a surgical contest) and there are bears (who, we see in living color, can rip out your intestines.) Oh my!
4-13. I [Heart] Addison - Piece of My Heart - Addison is back in town and spends her day in Seattle hugging people, making sweeping stereotypes about Los Angeles, and opening people’s eyes about all sorts of relationship-related possibilities.
4-14. Sex-and-Tell - The Becoming - Mark’s a man-whore, Meredith is clearly still in love with Derek and vice-versa, George is the Chief’s fake assistant and has to collect sex reports, and Alex is trying to prepare himself for the baby that doesn’t actually exist. Just another day at Seattle Grace.
4-15. Crazytown - Losing My Mind - Meredith fights with her therapist, Cristina goes on a cleaning spree, Ava imagines a pregnancy and a brain tumor patient thinks she’s Cinderella.
Serial Barat
Ternyata banyak sekali dvd serial barat yang keren:
1. Knight Rider 2008
2. Terminator : The Chronicles Of Sarah Connor
3. New Amsterdam
Hmmm… kapan yah sempat menontonnya
Grey’s Anatomy
Ternyata serial ini emang worth to try, worth to collect!. .. aku hanya mau hidup bersama the clash dan duran-duran. Hihiiii… generasi taon berapa yah? Tapi aku juga suka both of them.
Inget yah.. ostnya lutju-lutju loh!

Only Yesterday & Pom Poko
Untuk mengenang hari bumi, maka gw review Pom Poko dulu ..
![]()
Only Yesterday
Melancholy melodramatic
So, this is the list
- Before Sunrise (1995)
Review:
Before Sunrise is a passionate and intelligent romance between a young American (Jesse) and a French student (Celine) on the Budapest-Vienna train. They get off the train in Vienna and hang out for a while. A chance encounter on the train incites intrigue, and Jesse provocatively suggests that Celine postpones her return to France and embarks instead on a spontaneous expedition to Vienna. In the course of their 14-hour relationship, the two share in their love for the unrehearsed and their appreciation for the unexpected as they explore in a powerful meeting of hearts and minds.
Quotes:
Celine: I believe if there’s any kind of God it wouldn’t be in any of us, not you or me but just this little space in between. If there’s any kind of magic in this world it must be in the attempt of understanding someone sharing something. I know, it’s almost impossible to succeed but who cares really? The answer must be in the attempt.
Jesse: Sometimes I dream about being a good father and a good husband. And sometimes it feels really close. But then other times it seems silly like it would ruin my whole life. And it’s not just a fear of commitment or that I’m incapable of caring or loving because… I can. It’s just that, if I’m totally honest with myself I think I’d rather die knowing that I was really good at something. That I had excelled in some way than that I’d just been in a nice, caring relationship.
Jesse: I know happy couples… but I think they lie to each other!
Celine: I like to feel his eyes on me when I look away.
Celine: You know what I want?
Jesse: What?
Celine: To be kissed.
Jesse: Well I can do that.
Celine: I used to think that if none of your family or friends knew you were dead, it was like not really being dead. People can invent the best and the worst for you.
Celine: No, then it sounds like a male fantasy. Meet a French girl on the train, fuck her, and never see her again.
Celine: Each time I wear black, or like, lose my temper, or say anything about anything, you know, they always go, "Oh it’s so French. It’s so cute." Ugh! I hate that!
Celine: You know, I have this awful paranoid thought that feminism was mostly invented by men so that they could like, fool around a little more.
Street Poet: Daydream delusion, limousine eyelash / Oh baby with your pretty face / Drop a tear in my wineglass / Look at those big eyes / See what you mean to me / Sweet-cakes and milkshakes / I’m a delusion angel / I’m a fantasy parade / I want you to know what I think / Don’t want you to guess anymore / You have no idea where I came from / We have no idea where we’re going / Lodged in life / Like branches in a river/ Flowing downstream / Caught in the current / I carry you / You’ll carry me / That’s how it could be / Don’t you know me? / Don’t you know me by now?
Celine: We’re all happy and free as long as I can fuck as much as I want.
Jesse: Everybody’s parents fucked them up. Rich kids parents gave them too much. Poor kids, not enough. You know, too much attention, not enough attention. They either left them or they stuck around and taught them the wrong things.
Celine: I had worked for this old man and once he told me that he had spent his whole life thinking about his career and his work. And he was fifty-two and it suddenly struck him that he had never really given anything of himself. His life was for no one and nothing. He was almost crying saying that.
Jesse: I don’t know, I think that if I could just accept the fact that my life is supposed to be difficult. You know, that’s what to be expected, then I might not get so pissed-off about it and I’ll just be glad when something nice happens.
Guy on Bridge: I am the cow!
Jesse: You know what’s the worst thing about somebody breaking up with you? Is when you remember how little you thought about the people you broke up with and you realize that is how little they’re thinking of you. You know, you’d like to think you’re both in all this pain but they’re just like ‘Hey, I’m glad you’re gone’.
Jesse: There’s these breeds of monkeys, right, and all they do is have sex, all the time, you know? And they turn out to be the least violent, the most peaceful, the most happy, you know? So maybe fooling around isn’t so bad.
Celine: Are you talking about monkeys?
Jesse: Yes I’m talking about monkeys.
Celine: Ah, I thought so…
Celine: Isn’t everything we do in life a way to be loved a little more?
Celine: But then the morning comes, and we turn back into pumpkins, right?
Celine: Well, who says relationships have to last forever?
Jesse: Do you believe in reincarnation?
Celine: Yeah. Yeah, it’s interesting.
Jesse: Yeah, right. Well, most people, you know, a lot of people talk about past lives and things like that, you know? And even if they don’t believe it in some specific way, you know, people have some kind of notion of an eternal soul, right?
Celine: Yeah.
Jesse: OK, well this was my thought: 50,000 years ago, there are not even a million people on the planet. 10,000 years ago, there’s, like, two million people on the planet. Now there’s between five and six billion people on the planet, right? Now, if we all have our own, like, individual, unique soul, right, where do they all come from? You know, are modern souls only a fraction of the original souls? ‘Cause if they are, that represents a 5,000 to 1 split of each soul in the last 50,000 years, which is, like, a blip in the Earth’s time. You know, so at best we’re like these tiny fractions of people, you know, walking… I mean, is that why we’re so scattered? You know, is that why we’re all so specialized?
Celine: I don’t know. Wait a minute, I’m not sure… I don’t…
Jesse: Yeah, hang on, hang on. It’s a, it’s a totally scattered thought. It… which is kind of why it makes sense.
Celine: Maybe we should meet here in five years or something.
Jesse: All right, all right, five year- Five years! That’s a long time!
Celine: It’s awful! It’s like a sociological experiment!
- Befor SUnset (2004)
Review:
Jesse, a writer from the US, and Celine, a Frenchwoman working for an environment protection organization, acquainted nine years ago on the train from Budapest to Vienna, meet again when Jesse arrives in Paris for a reading of his new book. As they have only a few hours until his plane leaves, they stroll through Paris, talking about their experiences, views and whether they still love each other, although Jesse is already married with a kid.
Quotes:
Celine: Do I look any different?
[long pause]
Celine: I do?
Jesse: I’d have to see you naked.
Jesse: In the months leading up to my wedding, I was thinking about you all the time. I mean, even on my way there; I’m in the car, a buddy of mine is driving me downtown and I’m staring out the window, and I think I see you, not far from the church, right? Folding up an umbrella and walking into a deli on the corner of 13th and Broadway. And I thought I was going crazy, but now I think it probably was you.
Celine: I lived on 11th and Broadway.
Jesse: You see?
Celine: [Celine’s song] Let me sing you a waltz / Out of nowhere, out of my thoughts / Let me sing you a waltz / About this one night stand / You were, for me, that night / Everything I always dreamt of in life / But now you’re gone / You are far gone / All the way to your island of rain / It was for you just a one night thing / But you were much more to me, just so you know / I don’t care what they say / I know what you meant for me that day / I just want another try, I just want another night / Even if it doesn’t seem quite right / You meant for me much more than anyone I’ve met before / One single night with you, little Jesse, is worth a thousand with anybody / I have no bitterness, my sweet / I’ll never forget this one night thing / Even tomorrow in other arms, my heart will stay yours until I die / Let me sing you a waltz / Out of nowhere, out of my blues / Let me sing you a waltz / About this lovely one night stand
Celine: Memory’s a wonderful thing if you don’t have to deal with the past.
[first lines]
Journalist #1: Do you consider the book to be autobiographical?
Jesse: Uh, well, I mean… isn’t everything autobiographical?
[last lines]
Celine: Baby, you are gonna miss that plane.
Jesse: I know.
Jesse: In the months heading up to my wedding, I was thinking of you.
Celine: Were you there in Vienna, in December?
Jesse: [about his marriage] I feel like I’m running a small nursery with someone I used to date.
Jesse: I’m designed to feel slightly dissatisfied!
Celine: Memories are wonderful things, if you don’t have to deal with the past.
Jesse: Okay, I realize there are a lot of serious problems in the world.
Celine: Okay, thank you.
Jesse: Okay. I mean, I don’t even have one publisher in the whole Asian market.
Celine: An imperialist country can use that kind of thinking to justify their economic greed, you know. I - human rights…
Jesse: Is there any particular imperialist country you have in mind, there, Frenchie?
Celine: Mmm, no, not really…
Jesse: Maybe what I’m saying is, is the world might be evolving the way a person evolves. Right? Like, I mean, me for example. Am I getting worse? Am I improving? I don’t know. When I was younger, I was healthier, but I was, uh, whacked with insecurity, you know? Now I’m older and my problems are deeper, but I’m more equipped to handle them.
Celine: One night I heard some noise on my fire excape, so I called 911. And the cops came eventually…
Jesse: Yeah like three hours later.
Celine: [laughing] Yeah, after I had been raped and killed about 10 times.
Jesse: [describing how she looks different] Skinnier, I think. A little thinner.
Celine: Did you think I was fat before?
Jesse: [laughing] No!
Celine: Yeah, you thought I was a fatty. No, you thought I was a fatty! Yeah, you, you wrote a book about a fat French girl!
Jesse: No, listen…
Celine: [laughing] Oh, no…
Jesse: Seriously, all right, you look beautiful.
Jesse: Life’s hard. It’s supposed to be. If we didn’t suffer, we’d never learn anything.
Celine: It’s amazing what perverts we’ve become in the past nine years.
Jesse: At least now we don’t have to pretend that each new sexual experience is a life-altering event.
Celine: I know. By now, you know, you’ve stuck it in so many places, it’s like about to fall off.
Jesse: Yeah, you know, and I can’t realistically expect that you’ve become anything but a total ho, at this point.
Celine: Yeah, thank you.
Jesse: So what kind of songs do you write? I didn’t know you did that.
Celine: What kind?
Jesse: Yeah, sure.
Celine: I don’t know, just songs.
Jesse: Like?
Celine: Like, some are about, you know, people, uh, relationships. One’s about my cat.
Jesse: Sing one.
Celine: No, I can’t, I don’t have a guitar.
Jesse: Oh, co- come on. A cappella.
Celine: No, no, no. I’m not singing a song without a guitar. You’re nuts!
Jesse: Why not? It’s…
Celine: No, okay. Not now. No.
Jesse: One.
Celine: No.
Jesse: If not now, when? Wanna meet here in six months with a guitar? You know, I’ll fly all the way over here, you may or may not make the metro…
Celine: [laughing] Okay, that’s funny.
Jesse: Do you have kids?
Celine: Yes, two -
[gasps]
Celine: Shit!
Jesse: What?
Celine: I left them in the car! With the windows rolled up! It was six months ago! Think they’re okay?
[laughs]
Celine: Tell him to pick you up at Quai Henri Quatre.
Jesse: Oh, shit. K-kay…
Celine: Henri Quatre. Quai…
Jesse: K-k-k…
Celine: Henri Quatre.
Jesse: [laughing] On…
Celine: What’s wrong with you? No, do you want be to - Henri Quatre.
Jesse: Henry Four?
Celine: Yes.
Jesse: Come one, why didn’t you say so.
Celine: [laughing] I’m sorry, okay?
Jesse: I heard this story once about when the Germans were occupying Paris and they had to retreat back. They wired Notre Dame to blow, but they had to leave one guy in charge of hitting the switch. And the guy, the soldier, he couldn’t do it. You know, he just sat there, knocked out by how beautiful the place was. And then when the allied troops came in, they found all the explosives just lying there and the switch unturned, and they found the same thing at Sacre Couer, Eiffel Tower. Couple other places I think…
Celine: Is that true?
Jesse: I don’t know. I always liked the story, though.
Jesse: You want to know why I wrote that stupid book?
Celine: Why?
Jesse: So that you might come to a reading in Paris and I could walk up to you and ask, "Where the fuck were you?"
Celine: [laughing] No - you thought I’d be here today?
Jesse: I’m serious. I think I wrote it, in a way, to try to find you.
Celine: Okay, that’s - I know that’s not true, but that’s sweet of you to say.
Jesse: I think it is true.
Jesse: What do you think were the chances of us ever meeting again?
Celine: After that December, I’d say almost zero. But we’re not real anyway, right? We’re just, uh, characters in that old lady’s dream. She’s on her deathbed, fantasizing about her youth. So of course we had to meet again.
Jesse: Oh, God, why weren’t you there, in Vienna?
Celine: I told you why.
Jesse: Well, I know why, I just - I wish you would have been. Our lives might have been so much different.
Celine: You think so?
Jesse: I actually do.
Celine: Maybe not. Maybe, we would have hated each other eventually.
Jesse: Oh what, like we hate each other now?
Celine: You know, maybe we’re - we’re only good at brief encounters, walking around in European cities in warm climate.
Jesse: Oh, God, why didn’t we exchange phone numbers and stuff? Why didn’t we do that?
Celine: Because we were young and stupid.
Jesse: Do you think we still are?
Celine: I guess when you’re young, you just believe there’ll be many people with whom you’ll connect with. Later in life, you realize it only happens a few times.
Jesse: And you can screw it up, you know, misconnect.
Celine: The past is the past. It was meant to be that way.
Jesse: What, you really believe that? That everything’s fated?
Celine: Well, you know, the world might be less free than we think.
Jesse: Yeah?
Celine: Yeah, when given these exact circumstances, that’s what will happen every time: two part hydrogen, one part oxygen, you get water every time.
Jesse: No, no, I - I - I mean what if your grandmother had lived a week longer, or, you know, or passed away a week earlier, days even. You know things might have been different. I believe that.
Celine: You can’t think like that, it’s…
Jesse: No, I mean, I know you shouldn’t on most things, but - It’s just, on this one it seemed like something was off, you know?
Celine: So what’s it like to be married? You haven’t talked much about that.
Jesse: I haven’t? How weird.
Jesse: I feel like if someone were to touch me, I’d dissolve into molecules.
Celine: So, I want to try something.
Jesse: What?
Celine: [hugs him] I want to see if you stay together or if you dissolve into molecules.
Jesse: How’m I doing?
Celine: Still here.
Jesse: Good, I like being here.
Celine: I love my kitty!
Jesse: What’s his name?
Celine: Che.
Jesse: Che?
Celine: Mmm hmm.
Jesse: Uh huh…
Celine: What?
Jesse: Commie.
Celine: Do you think you would have finished your book if you were fucking someone every five minutes?
Jesse: I might have welcomed the challenge.
Celine: They enjoy the goal but not the process. But the reality of it is that the true work of improving things is in the little achievements of the day.
Celine: I see it in the people that do the real work, and what’s sad in a way is that the people that are the most giving, hardworking, and capable of making this world better, usually don’t have the ego and ambition to be a leader.
Celine: The concept is absurd. The idea that we can only be complete with another person is evil! Right?
Jesse: Do you believe in, like… ghosts or spirits?
Celine: Uhm, no.
Jesse: No?
Celine: No.
Jesse: Ok, what about reincarnation?
Celine: Not at all.
Jesse: God?
Celine: No.
[Both Laugh]
Celine: That sounds… that sounds terrible. No, no, no. But, at the same time I don’t wanna be one of those people that don’t believe in any kind of magic, you know?
Jesse: So then, astrology.
Celine: Yes, of course!
Jesse: There we go, right!
Celine: I mean, that makes sense, right? You’re a Scorpio, I’m a Sag, so we get along.
Celine: You can never replace anyone because everyone is made up of such beautiful specific details.
Celine: I was having this awful nightmare that I was 32. And then I woke up and I was 23. So relieved. And then I woke up for real, and I was 32.
Celine: There are so many things I want to do, but I end up doing not much.
Celine: I had this boyfriend of mine many years ago that wanted to be a Buddhist. So he went to Asia to visit some of those monasteries.
Jesse: I’ve thought about doing that too.
Celine: Yeah, you should. I’ll tell you why. He was good-looking, and each time he went to one of the monasteries… a monk offered to suck his cock… true story.
Jesse: It all comes down to that, doesn’t it?
[short pause]
Jesse: Well, I think that’s why l really admire what you’re doing, you know?
Celine: What do you mean? Sucking cock?
[both laugh]
Jesse: Aaah-No…
Celine: No? Wrong answer.
Jesse: No, I was gonna say you’re not detached from life. You’re putting your passion into action.
Celine: Well, I try…
- Hottest State (2005)
Review:
Written and directed by Ethan Hawke, and based on Hawke’s (I presume) autobiographical novel of the same name, The Hottest State is an intensely personal movie. Yet unlike, say, Woody Allen’s autobiographical films (Annie Hall, Stardust Memories, Husbands and Wives), Hawke’s personality doesn’t flood his material. Hawke is quite casual about baring his soul to us, and audiences may not be aware how deeply he takes them into his psyche. But he holds nothing back. The film recounts a brief, magical love affair between 20-year-old William (Mark Webber), Texas-born living in New York, and Sara (Catalina Sandino Moreno), a beautiful Mexican who has moved to the city to pursue her singing career. The film unfolds with an easy, natural spontaneity that is both engaging and faintly ominous (we know where it’s heading because William informs us in voice-over). Working with his actors and crew, Hawke uses simple, unassuming brush strokes to communicate the joy and misery, and the complexity, of falling in love. William’s trouble is that he has fallen in love with "a force of evil," which is to say, with unfathomable femininity.
The Hottest State shows the futility of romantic desire without ever opting for self-pity or easy cynicism. Hawke imbues the film with the wisdom and acceptance of a broken heart made stronger and freer by the breakage. The film is so faithful to his own experience that it gets at something universal, and cuts all the way to the bone. As a result, it may stir feelings we’d rather not have to deal with, ones we’d hoped we’d put to rest. I don’t think I have ever seen a romantic film that manages to be this painful without being in the least bit sentimental. It’s not so much about the sadness of watching a great love die, but about the horror and incomprehensibility of it.
Although it’s raw and almost nakedly personal, there’s nothing amateurish about the film. Hawke’s handling of his actors is flawless, and just about every scene resonates, rings bells of recognition. In scene after scene, Hawke seems to have got precisely what he was after. His use of the soundtrack (songs by Jesse Harris), free-form editing, overlapping scenes, voice-over, the rich, sensuous colors and his knack for placing the camera just where it needs to be, all is remarkably assured, making this probably the most auspicious debut from a writer-director since Sean Penn’s Indian Runner. The Hottest State is a wonderful film and I felt richer for having seen it; and it deserves a wider audience, because so far as I know it did little business and got Luke-warm notices. Another precious gem in danger of slipping under the radar.
The film is a little soft around the edges. Some of the dialogue (particularly between William and his mother, played by Laura Linney, and in the crucial scene with William’s father, played by Hawke) may be a little too pat. We’re aware of Hawke’s limitations as a writer here, of his putting words into the characters’ mouths instead of letting them speak for themselves (which is the problem with Sara’s last few scenes). But considering what Hawke is attempting here—adapting his own novel, directing it, and playing a key role—it’s an astonishingly assured work.
Like Penn, Hawke has an authentic artistic sensibility, and with any luck he could become a major filmmaker. He’s so confident of getting to the truth of a scene that he achieves poetry without trying, without even a whiff of pretension. The film has a raw honesty to it, and yet it never seems self-indulgent or narcissistic. It’s confessional in the best sense. It’s as if getting these experiences down (in the novel, which I haven’t read, and by making the film) was essential for Hawke’s peace of mind, as if by sharing his pain and confusion with us, he was able to come to terms with the past and reduce its hold over him. As a result, the film has urgency and poignancy, it feels essential, from the heart. I can’t think of another film that conveys the agony of heartbreak and the rite of passage it entails as effectively as this. It has its very own ache.
Quotes:
William Harding: It was Wednesday when we met, Saturday when I asked her to move in, and by Sunday there were flowers in my apartment and hummus in my refrigerator. I don’t remember waking up that Sunday. I don’t think I ever slept. I just sat there thinking, "God damn, this must be what praying is like."
Jesse: [to her son in the diner] Take that gorgeous sexy body outside and move it!… and here, open your present!
Jesse: [to William in the restaurant] A lot of bad shit is gonna happen to you. People are not gonna love you back, and if you’re serious about becoming an artist, that’s the first thing you should learn. And, listen, you’re gonna die, okay? Relatively soon, okay? So, that being said, you have nothing to worry about.
Jesse: [after giving her son new shoes for his birthday] You gotta lose those cowboy boots, William. I worked too hard to get us out of Texas for you to go around in those things.
Jesse: [to William] Your whole life, people are gonna ask you to be weak. They’re gonna practically beg you. But all anyone really wants is for you to be strong.
Fight club
Narrator: A new car built by my company leaves somewhere traveling at 60 mph. The rear differential locks up. The car crashes and burns with everyone trapped inside. Now, should we initiate a recall? Take the number of vehicles in the field, A, multiply by the probable rate of failure, B, multiply by the average out-of-court settlement, C. A times B times C equals X. If X is less than the cost of a recall, we don’t do one.
Narrator: You wouldn’t believe.
Narrator: A major one.
Narrator: Really…?
Tyler Durden: If one were so inclined.
Tyler Durden: Oh I get it, it’s very clever.
Narrator: Thank you.
Narrator: What?
Tyler Durden: Being clever.
Narrator: Great.
[Gets up from airplane seat]
Tyler Durden: [pointing at an emergency instruction manual on a plane] You know why they put oxygen masks on planes?
Menurut gw sebagai continent traveller.. wekkss.. maksudnya sih west coast indonesia to east coast indonesia gitu deh.. hehehhee… gw paling ngena banget diskusi antara TD dengan si narator,
Narrator: What do you do for a living?
Dalja’s Spring (Korean drama series)

filmnya sendiri gw ga suka, tp bnyk kalimat2nya yg oke..
1. saat penelope/sofia liat diaz yg lg bw gelas martini: sh’s d saddest girl i’ve ever seen who hold a glass of martini..
2. aku prnah merasakan pahit, tanpa merasakan pahit… kita takkan tahu bagaimana manis..Just remember, the sweet is never as sweet without the sour. And I know sour, which allows me to appreciate the sweet.
Hwang Jin Yi
Film Korea ini emang keren bgt, palagi gw kan suka banget sama Song Hye Kyo.
Ceritanya tentang masa kerajaan korea.
Couple Breaking
Film Korea - Drama comedy
1. Bad Couple
(jd inget seseorang.. hehehe masa lalu). Hasilnya ya emg butuh usaha gila2an, pokoknya ini adegannya lucu abis, yg gw suka tuh kalimatnya pemilik restoran, "klo dilihat tampangnya sih kaya orang normal, tapi kok kejiwaannya terganggu"… hahaha… klo obsesif itu apapun bisa terjadi. Akhirnya moment itu tiba, dia pura2 mabok. Trus kasih obat d minuman cwonya. Jadi deh… tapi sayang sekali DJ hanya hamil palsu padahal si prof udah dicampakkan. Sebelumnya si prof merasa bersalah dan bertanggungjawab atas one night stand itu, dan berniat tuk menikahi DJ, tapi si DJ nolak.. kasar banget ngomongnya… "apakah ini hal yg pertama bagimu?" … "iya (hah mana ada cwo Korea cakep pinter masih virgin?? di Seoul lagi??..tau deh namanya jg film). "Oh harusnya kita merayakannya, tapi aku sibuk, lagipula aku sudah sering melakukannya, klo untuk itu aku harus minta tanggungjawab drmu, berarti aku pernah atau harus memintanya jg pada beberapa cwo yg melakukannya pdku"… (well..well well… terlalu bebas ya).
Prof itu ternyata masih bangsawan,,, wah,,, ribet deh, bapaknya tdk setuju dg hubungan mereka mengingat DJ dr keluarga broken home, tapi ibunya suka dg semangat DJ. Emang tuh cwe… edan banget.
Akhirnya mereka menikah, setelah mendapat ijin ayah dan mengalami kanker rahim, btw happy end kok semuanya… mereka punya dua anak cwe dan cwo. Hihihii… jadi happy lagi.
2. Coffee Shop
Sayang, terakhirnya kok gitu aja ya.. kurang dalem gitu loh.
3. Romance Hunting. Klo yang terakhir ini emang versi Sx n d Citynya Korea, adegannya emang agak… tapi banyak good quotes tentang relationship.. (mungkin cwo wajib nonton buat lebih ngertiin perasaan ma pikiran cwe). Karena seperti versi Amerikanya disini pelakunya jg banyak, makanya klo mo tau ya nonton aja ndiri. Hehehee…
Serial Korea Hello Miss! & Witch Yoo Hee
Kemaren malem gw liat film korea Hello Miss!, lucu banget meski ga seheboh Fantasy Couple Ceritanya: Lee Su-ha (artis Lee Da-hae)pewaris rumah kuno Hwa Ahn Dang, pewaris ke 38 dari klan Lee Je-an setelah bpknya meninggalkan keluarganya ke Seoul demi WIL, ibunya meninggal krn kanker perut. Lalu dia mdpt undangan grup tradisional di Seoul, setibanya disana dijemput teman kakak laki2nya Su Yin yg bernama Shin Men. Nontonnya pake digangguin sms dari cutie pie… mungkin dia pengen nelpon tapi sedang menahan diri… hehehe… sementara gw ga’ mau ganggu misinya. Kacian deh.
Kemudian MR jg menjadi beauty advisornya si YH. Semua baju & aksesoris hitam YH disumbangkan, lalu dia mencomblangkan YH dengan Jhonny (Dennis Oh… so kawaii), sebetulnya sih Jhonny ini temen kuliah YH sewaktu di LN dan kebetulan Jhonny itu suka ma YH, tapi YH nya cuek2 aja dan masih cinta sama mantannya (kak senior). Kemudian buat bikin kesel bapaknya si YH pura-pura pacaran dgn MR, tapi mereka malah jatuh cinta beneran, secara perhatian si MR kaya’ gitu siapa jg cwe yg ga akan terklepek2 (hihihihiii…). Padahal sebelumnya si YH tuh udah sempet balikan dan mo nikah dg kak senior, berhubung kak senior itu ternyata ga’ cinta dan ga’ menunjukkan ketulusan perasaannya serta ketauan belangnya klo dia konspirasi ma bp direktur klo dia bisa menikahi YH maka dia akan mendapatkan RS yg sahamnya dimiliki bpnya YH. Jadi pas pendetanya bertanya pada YH apa dia bersedia menjadi istrinya, si YH bilang tidak, lalu datanglah MR yg melarikan diri dari tes memasak. Akhirnya mereka melarikan diri, runaway bride!. (oiya Jhonny itu disamain kaya Jamie Oliver di Oliver twist’s the naked chef.. cara masaknya sih emang rada2 mirip tapi bawainnya kurang nyante..). Namun kebersamaan mereka ga’ lancar gara2 campur tangan bpknya YH.

The Holiday, The Illusionist, The Prestige
1. The Holiday (Kate Winslet, Cameron Diaz, Jude Law & Jack Black), oleh Nancy Meyers. Ceritanya menjelang natal, di Daily Telegraph Inggris, ada seorang gadis,Iris/Kate W, yg pengen ksh hadiah ke cowok yg ditaksirnya (rupanya cwo’ ini cm manfaatin kepintarannya aja). Sedihnya pas udah ksh kado, selang beberapa menit kemudian kepala bagiannya mengumumkan pertunangan cwo’ itu dg cwe lain yg masih sekantor. Wah.. sedih bgt deh. Lalu dia nangis n desperate banget bwt pergi jauh2 dr Inggris.
2. The Illusionist (Edward Norton, Jessica Biehl, Paul Giamatti) by Neil Burger
Nih film dark banget, endingnya keren, seakan adegan Romeo n Juliet yg sukses karena ga’ miscommunication… (bingung liat aja lagi film Romeo n Julietnya Leonardo d’Caprio). Mengambil setting di Vienna, ceritanya si Eisenheim (EN) tuh cuma anak tukang kayu, sementara Duchess Sophie von Teschen (JB) anak bangsawan, mereka berteman sejak kecil. Saat dewasa EN bertemu lagi dg JB yg telah bertunangan dg seorang Pangeran Mahkota Leopold. Untuk mendapatkan kembali JB, karena mereka saling mencintai, akhirnya si EN membuat skenario dg trik sulapnya, palagi saat tahu klo cwo’nya JB tuh mo’ mengkudeta ayahnya sendiri. Misi mereka berhasil, seolah-olah JB telah mati. padahal.. sih masih idup. Hehehe… keren dah.
3. The Prestige (Hugh Jackman, Christian Bale, Scarlett Johansson, Michael Caine, David Bowie) by Christopher Nolan
Sampe’ akhir tuh isinya "which knot do you had?"… Dendam banget si Robert palagi setelah mengetahui klo Alfred tuh punya keluarga, anak & istri. Di sini Tesla dimainkan dg eksentrik oleh David Bowie, sementara aktor kawakan Michael Caine berperan sebagai Cutter, yg bilang bahwa dalam setiap trik ada 3 aksi yg harus didapat: the Pledge that draws you in, the Turn that moves you out of the ordinary and the prestige where you can’t believe your eyes, wikkss,, keren. Padahal dia sendiri kerjasama dg kembarannya. Hh.. ambisi..
